There's an ebay seller named "filcons" who occasionally has some of the Target raincoats, along with lots of other PVC/vinyl raincoats, but her prices can get pretty outrageous.

think all of these rainwear sellers on ebay know how to charge well but then its down to the individuals to choose to pay it or not and while the mugs are still there who will pay over the odds because some random woman models the mac it will carry on happening. You have to wonder sometimes whether buyers think they are getting the model as well as the raincoat when hey bid mad amounts. Its amazing how a picture of a woman in the mac raises the price so much

I scored a red shiny raincoat from a goodwill once. But most of the time I get my pvc from european websights.
