Sighting today.

All rainwear discussions in general or that do not fit into other categories.

Our Champion of Free Speech was on a Flickr group earlier this evening, trying to recruit for the Plastic Bloody Rainwear Club and telling me to 'keep my opinions to myself'.

If you like dealing with petulant, infantile big-fish-small-pond control freaks, I can certainly recommend the PBRC.

It was a rainy day today at my university campus. Saw many gals wearing hunter rain boots + others like usual.

But one thing did stand out today!

Whilst walking back to my apartment I walked passed a girl wearing a yellow raincoat and black hunter rainboots. Definitely a sighting I won't forget.

This isn't bird-spotting. I love seeing people in raincoats just because I love the raincoats. I would never ever photograph someone without their permission. There have been times when I have thought I might say to someone in the street that I loved their raincoat and where did they get it because I thought what they were wearing was absolutely beautiful, but it is not something I have ever done. If I ever did something like that it is because I genuinely wanted to find out where they bought it because I wanted to buy one myself. But people have privacy. People have a right to do what they want and wear what they want. In exactly the same way, so do I.
