Hey Ray,
I like your photos very well, the photos are professional.
Here in Germany you see not a lot of people wearing the rain bonnets with ties of cotton, mostly the complete plastic rain bonnets.
I haved permed hairs and for this one, I wear the clear rain bonnets with cotton ties, too. My hairdresser (its a woman about 50 years) had advised this type about 15 years ago, and I like to wear it.
Greetings from Germany

P.S.: At this moment we have a lot of rain/snow in this part of Germany, the temperature is about 0 degrees (celsius).

Re: rain bonnets
I agree - I much prefer the 'concertina' folding kind. They look softer, neater, more comfortable, more feminine, more 'fun' and not so severe, they don't ruin the profile shape of the head, and I especially think the small bow under the chin is so much more attractive than those big plastic ties.

Hello bjhaus,
I like this rain bonnets, you like, too.
They are very comfortable to wear and you don´t have the fear that the hairs become wet.
You wear this type of rain bonnets, too? Where you come from?

Re: rain bonnets
I have a collection of about 30 but I haven't worn one for nearly 20 years because I found wearing them did nothing for me. My interest is purely in seeing women wearing them. I like to collect them because they bring back memories of a time when they were common.
Re: rain bonnets: to Ray
Kelly from your last update is a beautiful lady but that brolly was a bit drab - with a brighter colored one she'd look marvellous. She would be great for this scenario, which I outlined at your invitation a few weeks ago.
Red nylon full-length mac, concertina rain hat, matching red nylon umbrella.
A realistic under-cover 'outdoor' scenario may be: Model comes out of building with outdoor 'concourse' area, wearing mac and carrying brolly, notices it's raining, puts up umbrella, then for extra protection she remembers she has a rain hat as well so she sets brolly down, takes bonnet out of pocket, opens it and puts it on, picks up umbrella and walks out into the street. Time-lag, she returns, takes down wet brolly and shakes it dry, takes off rain hat, pulls it shut and puts it back in mac pocket.
Any of the others on the list might want to do this if Kelly doesn't, but I would love to see Kelly under a more vivid colored umbrella.
