Why do the Scandinavian rainwear companies make their coats so small?
Re: Why do the Scandinavian rainwear companies make their coats so small?
Finally made my mind up & ordered a 3/4 length blue "Opal" coat & matching sou'wester. Just sounded better than black, and upon reflection I couldn't see myself wearing glossy red or orange. Now I'm no longer sad that I didn't get the blue Stutterheim Opal back when they had their sale (my credit card wouldn't go through and by the time I got it straightened out they were out of them, so I got a plain grey one instead, which I do love, especially at the cheaper price). Wife declined to get one for herself, she feels like she has more than enough raincoats in her closet as it is, but she begrudginly admitted that a shiny blue sou'wester might look cute on me so she didn't complain about me ordering one.

Because Scandinavians are not fat?
