1) The actor in the centre of the action is Neil McCarthy.The lady in the black raincoat is Yootha Joyce. They both appeared together in minor roles in the 1973 UK film "Steptoe and Son Ride Again" and I think this clip this must be from that. This was one of two films based on the very popular BBC TV Series "Steptoe and Son". The film was a bit disappointing.
2) American - but I don't recognise it or the actors at all.

We've already answered this one, box 125. It's a short film called "All the Right Signals" made by and featuring Gary Lowther of Pvc-u-Like. The actress is the model, Louise Jensen. I'm not sure if it was made as a promotional film for his business or because he is interested in amateur film-making. It's very nicely made. This is not a cinema film, box 125. Hope this makes it clear for you.
