A 1950 British film called 'Waterfront'. Known in USA as 'Waterfront Women'. It was directed by Michael Anderson and starred Robert Newton, Kathleen Harrison and Avis Scott. It is Avis Scott in the plastic mac and the man walking with her in this clip is a young Richard Burton.

The second one comes from the film "Internes Can't Take Money" also known as "You Can't Take Money", an American film from 1937. It starred Barbara Stanwyck as Janet Haley (it is she who wears the plastic raincoat) and Joel McCrea as Dr. James Kildare. It was unexpectedly very popular, but Paramount did not follow it up. MGM made a series of 15 Dr. Kildare films starring Lew Ayres as the young doctor. Someone at Paramount made a big, big mistake.
