According to IMDb, the only surviving copy of this film is a French one (from which the opening scene is missing). I think it is extremely unlikely you will find a copy of this film.

Yes I have that movie now but I still need to edit it for the rainwear clip that will be posted in the Plastic Rainwear Club.

With regard to your last post, the first clip is from "Transylvania Twist". The girl in the mac is Teri Copley. Made in 1989.
The second clip is from "Internes Can't Take Money" starring Barbara Stanwyck. Made in 1937.

The first one is from "Le Heros de la Famille" - because it tells you that underneath the clip.
I don't know the second, but the actress is Francoise Fabian. [No prizes for deducing that!] Try looking though the IMDb listing for her.
