This is a weird movie but contains several short scenes (flashbacks)
showing a young girl in a clear pvc rainponcho ...

She briefly wears a plastic raincoat in "Two Weeks Notice" with Hugh Grant
If memory serves me right she also wears some Yellow rainwear later in the film
There's also "Two If By The Sea" which I've seen a picture where she wears a Black? mac
She also wears a rain bonnet in a film called "It's All About Steve"
