Off out in the rain
Re: Off out in the rain
I was visiting central London on Thursday (general walk sightseeing from 12.00 onwards then a rock concert in the evening). The rain started around 1.30 so I hastily donned my Stutterheim PU raincoat for the rest of the day. Saw several women in a variety of shiny wear and PU/vinyl leggngs and trousers. Far more sightings tha there would have been in the Midlands

Re: Off out in the rain
London in the rain is a great walk, plenty raincoats to view, and of course an excuse to completely protect myself in waterproofs and have my rainwear radar onpvcluver wrote: ↑November 26th, 2022, 11:21 am I was visiting central London on Thursday (general walk sightseeing from 12.00 onwards then a rock concert in the evening). I will also join you - I will wear a pair of regatta waterproof trousers, black wellie boots, a dark blue regatta pack away pro. Hood tied up tight so that only my eyes and nose are showing and it will be topped off with a see through plastic umbrella - in the pocket of my cagoule, I will have a yellow sou wester for extra protection in case of intense stormy weather.
