It was part of a punishment uniform I had to wear. The raincoat only just came down just below my bottom. Once bent over it was lifted further up my back out of the way. I bet that will sound nice. I guess not that much different than applying the cane on shiny PVC coats, skirts, dresses, trousers, shorts, catsuits or bodysuits. Or a combination of those.

Yes had a fair few in a cagoule and similar raincoat.
