The first clip is from "Of Human Bondage" (1934) starring Leslie Howard and Bette Davis.

I don't know the second clip, but ZDF is a German Television Channel, so it could be a film or a TV Drama. You could try asking them. They actually invite people to send them queries not answered on their site. Make sure you translate your question into German though!

This clip is from "Stolen Assignment" a British 'B' film from 1955. The Housekeeper in the mac is Violet Gould, the artist is Patrick Holt, the blonde is Kay Callard and Aunt Ida is Joyce Carey. The actual stars of the film are John Bentley and Hy Hazel. It can be seen in its entirety on the internet.
