Public Eye S05E13 John VII Verse 24 the mac comes into picture at five minutes 30 seconds/ seven minutes 3 seconds and again at 19 minutes 46 seconds

I think the coat worn by Brenda Cavendish in that episode is probably imitation leather. The episode was originally transmitted in September 1971. As to whether it is a coat or a mac, it would have served as both. They were not uncommon at that time.
