does anyone know if PUL will ever allow custom designs in the distant future?

I would think it might be better to email them via their website and ask that question, rather than ask on a forum.

if PUL can't help you , I'm sure that RIMO in Germany will make just about anything you want in PVC

what is their material like? I have once gotten a pvc raincoat that was made by an independent seller and i did not like the texture. it was a lot more crinkly and not soft like PUL.

ask me again in a couple of weeks , i should have my new cape and mac from them by then
