Where can I get a rubber /latex raincoat, there looks like there are places in Germany but I can't find the right sites to look at.

Rimo Mode (Rimo Fashion) is in Germany. They sell rubber and PVC mackintoshes of top quality. Top quality, therefore, NOT cheap!

Agreed with "spitfire", I believe Weathervain is the easiest.
Again, not cheap but is the easiest.
