Hello Wet Friends,

it is no secret I love to create videos of me in my rain suits. I see people love them. I need to win the lotte: I want to just be a rain wear movie star.

I have TEN videos now to edit and I just did still pictures of me at the train station wearing my lovely, PROS rain suit just this morning! This thing about rain wear must be like heron: it is additive.

Me too, although nylon pakamas are my preference. My collection continues to grow against all logic. But the excitement of finding a new one in a charity shop, or the opening of the parcel at the front door, feeds this addiction.

Sounds great. I share the enjoyment of traditionally styled nylon pakamacs. Hope your enjoyment long continues

It is a fun hobby.

1) finding something on line.
2) working to save the money.
3) placing the order
4) the excitement seeing the box waiting for me on the front door step
5) should I open the box NOW or wait until AFTER diner?
6) normally I do open the box
7) then I have diner
8) then I take shower: I do not want to ruin the lovely PVC odor with my body odor
9) the thrill of wearing the outfit for the first time !

ADDITIONAL thrill if I am cross dressed!

Yes, I am nutty but I love to look good.

Annabelle-cagoule this is also very true!!

Not seen enough people out in waterproofs despite recent storms. What have folk got against wearing it!!? 😆

I’d have loads more if I could in my cupboard!! Xx

You are not alone! lol, I have a massive shopping list I put together from the Taobao website in China, 17 PVC rainsuits, 3 pairs of PVC and rubber chest waders, 5 pairs of wellies / thigh boots, 4 full body PVC and rubber wader suits and 2 pairs of shoulder length gloves, I can't wait for my inheritance to come through so I can hit that order now button!, not to mention the excitement of hearing the door bell ring once the parcel arrives!

Love hunting through charity shops for rainwear, fining the odd rare gem in your own size for a few £ is so exciting!

I have noticed alot of vintage clothing shops are starting to stock them but they tend to ask more money

Oh Annebell ! I love to look over the second hand stores! I have found several rain coats that do not even seem to be worn at all there.
