My blue long shiny rukka raincoat is suddenly stiff

it now has some areas thats really shiny and looks like some shiny liquid is on it. Other areas are now matt.

The raincoat is stiff in some areas and some areas not. The areas its stiff are to the point that it almost not bendable with out it cracking.

I dont know what to do. It is ruined? Should I throw it away? Is it fixable?

Does anyone else have a shiny rukka? Do you have this problem or is it fine?

I know a few blokes who get stiff when I wear mine!

By no means throw it away ! I deserves a better end than simple disposal.

it would be a pity to throw it away but its not really useful to me when its like this :/

What about shredding or incinerating ?

Not sure what to do with my rukka raincoat when its no longer useful to me

maybe send it to someone who find use for it?

I could make a video of shredding, ripping, burning or heat-shrinking the poor thing..
