This is for all photograhers/Vidiographers
Ok I know this is a rainwear site but how often do you go out in the rain to do serious photos/videos?
This item is for those that use a tripod
Yes I bought one and it seems it should be ok to keep cameras dry.

It looks like a good gadget but I never stand still long enough to use a tripod especially when its raining (I find a moving target is more difficult to hit)

Not often I use a tripod for the stills camera mainly for video use.

Ah, that makes sense I was going to say I dont do much video work but at the moment I dont do much of anything

No me neither Had things planned but Boris stopped that yesterday!

I use a nylon cover from think tank. It goes over the lens, clips into the flash port on the top and then covers the rest of the camera body like it has a poncho on, but with a window to see the screen. Shiny proofed nylon is a bonus being a cagoule fan

I tried those but they do not fit the video camera!
And the one's to fit my cameras cost between £80-120!

I might get one for my disposable cameras as the cardboard tends to get soggy in the rain

LOL LOL!
I learnt from an expensive experience when I got the video camera wet!
It buggered up the LED Screen and cost me £320 to have it repaired!

I got a drop of water in an old camera and it formed as condensation on the lens, I managed to pass it off as an artistic addition in the processing
