Hi for those of us who liked to be tied up in our rainwear, not everybody's cup of tea I know. Just wondering if anybody knows of any really restrictive, possibly thick, raincoats in existence both modern and vintage ?

Most raincoats are made for normal people to wear in the rain, if they found it restrictive then they would buy a larger size or buy a different style

Glad you are paying attention but nothing sarcastic about it, the majority of raincoats are bought by people wanting to keep dry and they buy the correct size that is comfortable for them

I used to be made to wear my plastic mac back to front arms not thru sleeves but folded over my chest then belt fastened around waist. There was no way out and if naughty hood pulled up.

My wife love her 'Weather Or Not' rubber lined sbr mackintoshes, of which she had many, specifically because they were very heavy and restricted her movement. It might sound weird, but she claimed in was a calming influence. She actually wore them indoors as often as out.
I often wondered if it was related to autism spectrum, she was never diagnosed, I have read that some people actually benefit from that type of therapy. By the way, we practiced rubber bondage, including macs, suits, straitjackets, etc,; and I think she loved it.
