Walking in cagoule and waterproof trousers in the rain nothing else

Post by discoruss »

I’ve got this idea in my head that I want to do but don’t want people if they pass me thinking I’m some sort of weirdo.

I’d love to have a walk wearing one of my cagoules or 2 and waterproof trousers but nothing else underneath while it’s raining somewhere.

Just wondered if anybody else on here has done it and what it’s like.

I have often done this, possibly not in a cagoule but certainly in waterproofs, it's a lovely feeling. Bets part of it is who is to know? If it's raining then no one will have the time or inclination to study you carefully and what the hell if they do, what will they see..........just a person dressed for the rain.

Like rubberdee I've been walking just in my waterproofs a few times and nobody bothered.

I did this on Monday at Hunmanby Gap beach, it's a confidence thing I used to be a closet rainwear fan and now I walk about in just rainwear out in public and don't give a shit what anybody thinks now

been there and done that and also been there and done one better than that ! Rubber lined cagoule , rubber lined hi - fit trousers , rubber wellies and nothing else , and walking in the rain . But walking on a very secluded beach , and walked into the sea , up to my neck . You can probably guess what came next !

I like see-through plastic. Could be a bit difficult ?

As you say, rubberdee, who is to know? Go for it if you want a walk in your cagoule/ overtrousers. In the past year or so I have been out for a walk a few times in a cagoule and a pair of black pvc shorts.

Clear plastic is my favourite too, and I have had naughty dreams about going out n public with nothing on but a plastic suit. But I do like gong out in my cagoule and overtrousers. The nylon trousers are unusually with nothing underneath, but a tee-shirt under the cagoule, but have been out without the shirt. The feeling of the rubbery/pvc linings is great, and I love it when the wind flaps the cool material against bare skin!

I wonder about what temperature this could be done?

Where I'm at rain in May often still comes on coldish days.
