Should macks be hooded?

My personal preference is that all macks should have a fixed attached hood. I love being 'made' to wear my hood up!

No, I definitely get far more compliments from people when I'm wearing one of my shiny PVC Sou'westers with my shiny black macs.
People say, 'Hey, I love you matching outfit.' Or 'What a lovely shiny ensemble.'

Entirely up to the person wearing it . For me cagoules have hoods, but I buy macs with collars.

Interesting start to a Monday morning. By the way, is it macks or macs (hooded of course!) No, not the Scottish type either!
