Anyone watched the french film from 1966 I saw one scene where ladies were choosing coats and one chooses a black shiny one

IIRC the heroine in this movie wears a rubberised Riding Mac for much of the film.

I saw this film a long time ago on TV.
There are many scenes with women dressed in rainwear.
This movie is for you !
But I have no idea where to watch the whole movie ?
