Very rare, even to see people wearing wellingtons. Love to see them turned down. Used to love seeing guys on the motorbikes with the wearing rubber macks and turned down wellingtons. Many of modern day wellingtons are to stiff to turn down and look right

It’s a look I don’t quite understand. I want the wellies high to go puddle jumping and want the wellies stuff enough not to flop around, so don’t see the appeal.

The question though reminded me of the Xtratuf brand sold here in the states. Here is one example of a ladies style that can be folded over:

Again, not for me and I don’t see the appeal, but it is available.

Having read your comment on here in relation to : "wellies with the tops turned down". Your point must be taken and be appreciated too.
I know you don't like the look of them or understand it either which is Ok and fine by me as is the appeal. They are Not for you full stop...

You might Google the internet " The wonder of wellies but were the tops turned down" it gives a few Reasons as to why people do it, you can ignore point No.6 as it's irrelevant....

I am aware of the Xtratuf brand in the U.S & it's a Ladies style to fold over the rubber boots there, where it's mostly a Man's or Boys thing here in general where I reside in my Country Ireland... But it's rare enough nowadays.....
