Remember she is a practising doctor, still works the necessary number of days to keep her registration up-to-date, so she probably still wears PPE like that occasionally when practising.

When this kind of shit happens I am always reminded of this:

He always was a petulant twat. He would scream 'free speech' at the drop of a hat but his last comment to me on Flickr before making himself incommunicado was 'keep your f@#$%&*? opinions to yourself!' His (I suspect) mythical collection of footage, freely available to his bloody 'Plastic Rainwear Club', made him possibly worth the pain in the arse of putting up with him. Net loss zero.
