Question about hunter knee creeper boots

I am attempting to track down a pair of hunter knee creeper boots and I heard they run small in the calf. I don't want to find a pair, buy them, and find out they don't fit. So I was wondering if anyone had a pair in size 10 (my size) and would be willing to measure the circumference of the shaft of the boot and send me the measurement. I would really appreciate it, I have been trying to find measurements online to no avail, kind regards
