Is there an English version of Taobao? Do they ship to Europe?

I saw a guy on Twitter with lovely see-through plastic waders, which were apparently available from Taobao.

There are Taobao agents that should ship worldwide, then you just need to paste the link of the product to them and they will ship it to you (: The only challenging part is navigating the Chinese Shopping site as the other alternatives are also in Chinese.
