Foreign city

Out and about in a foreign capital city yesterday. Lots of rain (and thunder) all day. I was in my PUL matt (actually still slightly shiny) black rainjacket (top half of the 2 piece rainsuit) and kept very dry!
Lots of other rainwear - some puffer jackets (including some really shiny ones) and one woman wearing a proper high class black shiny pvc raincoat.
Other thing I've noticed at home as well this year is leather/PU trousers are everywhere (unfortunately only on women though!)
