What a day!!

Post by Cagoulelover »

What a day I have had for cagoule sightings!
It was raining fairly heavily here this morning but not too cold, on my way into work I cycled past a queue at the bus stop and to my great surprise last in line was a women about 30 at a guess wearing a green Peter storm cagoule - hood was up and tied in a bow under her chin, framing the face perfectly - I found it difficult to cycle for a while after that!
Next, when I got into work still wearing my own wet cagoule, I got into the lift and who should jump in but the admin lady I’ve mentioned before, wearing a dark blue cagoule, dripping wet like mine - what a moment and I was very distracted as we made small talk…..
Finally……… on my way home, I passed by a parade of shops and, although it was dry by this point, out of the newsagent came a blonde lady, maybe 50, dressed in a black cagoule with kind of pink trim (maybe a trespass brand?). I stopped to let her and her dog over the road and could hear the rustling of her cagoule as she passed!!
Fantastic stuff all round

Sounds to me you need to move out to the surrounding areas! I was in Basildon town centre, Essex today, and everywhere you turned, there were cagoules, anoraks, parkas, puffas male and female, all with their hoods up! Its a wet and cold January. That why the shops sell them this time of year. You make it sound like wearing rainwear this time of year is a special occasion!!!!!

Kaggyfan - your right! I should move out to Basildon…… I used to know a tall redhead from there- lovely she was. Never saw her in a cagoule but would love to have done.
Few more sightings today out in the wind and rain

A blonde woman in a red cagoule, she dropped something as she walked past and as she bent over, her cagoule rode up her bum a bit revealing a nice black skirt - delicious.
Also saw a younger woman (maybe 25) wearing a dark blue cagoule, looked to be knee length.
Finally, on my way out of the supermarket, a lady in her 40s passed me in a green regatta pack away cagoule and she had hold of her hood against the wind - wonderful sight!
