If they were getting married in Kendal, Keswick or Ambleside I would say it was indispensable!

A nice wedding dress worn with a cagoule is a massive turn on for me…… in fact, I’m a real sucker for a woman in a pretty dress with a cagoule over the top.

The idea of the glass-clear wedding dress protector is to allow the bride (and ideally all her bridesmaids as well) to avoid having their expensive outfits ruined by the weather, whilst allowing guests to still get the full view of her. Years ago this concept extended to normal clothes, where men and women routinely wore see-through macs and, I guess, the women especially appreciated being able to show off an outfit despite the weather. I think this idea needs to make a comeback. In fact, it should be law that everyone has to do it!

Now there is a thought I was the groom at my own wedding but have fantasised about being dressed as the bride especially the idea of everyone looking at me and admiring my beautiful white flowing but PVC wedding dress. Now I can top off that fantasy with extra layers of plastic totally legitimately. Hank’s for starting this discussion Spitfire617.
