I imagine most of the members of this Forum have at some time or other (particularly when young) followed a mackintosh wearing lady at a discreet distance drinking in the shimmer & crinkle of her mackintosh, be it rubber or pvc, with one hand in our pocket masturbating ourselves. However, a mackintosh folded over the lady's arm with the interior uppermost can be extremely tantalizing as it buckles & crackles as she walks & fires our imaginations with fantasies of what she would look like wearing the mac. Do others agree.

I would say that the majority of members on this forum, me included, have NOT, ever followed a raincoat wearing lady down the road while playing with themselves. You should not pressume such things!

Not really thought about it, but probably true. I once met a lovely larger lady out walking her dog, and she had a black nylon cagoule tied around her waist, but I could see the shiny lining blowing in the breeze, and I would have loved to have seen her wear it. But I definitely don’t follow women in raincoats, whether it is on or not. Much as I love shiny rainwear, the women wearing them deserve respect and not to be followed by a man because of her choice of clothes (or in fact any other reason).
