Reminds me of the wonderful 80’s especially the blue shiny pvc macs from C&A.

Absolutely nice raincoat. And if you listen carefully, you can even hear the sound of the raincoat, moving and swishing a little bit. A real 80s gem !

It's so good that macs like that are still available in new condition but would be awesome to get one from that decade

Exactly my type of PVC- shiny, noisy, soft, rubbery, and glass clear (or shiny-both-sides opqaue PVC). I like how the lighting shimmers on the shiny PVC material.
I wonder how these 80s raincoats compare, in term of material tactile qualities (e.g. softness) and noise effects, with very similar modern-day raincoats that are still being produced, albeit by a small handful of companies?
Nice find, Raincoatgirl23.
By the way: I recall a video on youtube of a French woman getting into a Citroen car, while wearing the same (or very similar) glass clear raincoat. The youtube video features a clip from a vintage French film of the 70s or 80s. I have been trying to locate it again, but I have long forgotten the name of the film and the title of the video.
