There are a few scenes with an actress wearing a blue mac or custome.
At 21:56 it looks like a mac, at 26:51 it is a jacket and skirt, further scenes at 40:19 and 44:18

Yeah, I wondered too about the outfit (dress/mac or a combination of both?). Not sure myself but it's very nice nevertheless....
