'Make Mine Mink' (British black and white film from 1960). Elspeth Duxbury (playing Pinkie) wears a semi-transparent plastic mac plus matching sou'wester. The default playback setting of 480 pixels can be changed at the bottom of the screen (gearwheel symbol) to 720 pixels for HD quality.

I've seen macs like this on auction sites sadly without a sou wester

I believe that sou'westers/rain bonnets were sometimes included with the macs - probably hard to find these days though.
