Looks very similar if not the same 12.04. I have posted this clip before. The wonderful Sue Lloyd who is seen wearing the mac again until it is stolen from her. Would be about the same kind of era. I like Petula's style of wearing the collar up.

It's a very chic one like they were often worn for their look rather than as a raincoat back in these days.
