To a rainwear fetishist, the rain is immaterial.

The rain clouds are looming on the horizon as I write this, I will be putting one of my macs on this afternoon with a bit of luck. For me, being out in the pouring rain is part of the enjoyment.

Yes of course.

Went for a walk in a peter storm vintage cagoule today and took some over trousers with me in case, for me, i love them, both as a practical item but also as they turn me on. Any chance indoors or out to wear some I will. Of course to others, we are just wearing appropriate clothing for the possible weather conditions.
Lets get swishy!

Yes I wear a rubberised raincoat when it rains, and have one with me if it might rain. Rubberised cotton for colder days and light rubberised nylon for warmer weather.

Yes, and I keep the raincoat (hooded full-length or hooded jelly jacket in glass clear PVC or shiny PVC) folded up in my travel rucksack.

I cycle 8 miles per day, and much of the journey comprises of a muddy track used by joggers, walkers and dog walkers.

I look forward to the pitter patter of rain during my cycle journey: it is my cue to open the rucksack and unroll the tightly-folded glass clear soft and sticky PVC raincoat. I love rustling noise of the sticky, soft and shiny PVC as I unroll the raincoat.

The PVC raincoats are excellent for keeping my upper body bone dry, but my trousers are often soiled from the wet mud kicked up by the cycle tyres. So, I think I'll buy some glass clear or shiny PVC tracksuit bottoms to keep my trousers (or bare legs when I'm wearing shorts) dry and mud-free. PVC tracksuit bottoms would complement the PVC raincoats perfectly.
