'Softly Softly' S08-E10 'At Risk' (UK TV police drama series from 1976). Janie Booth wears a long shiny greyish blue PVC mac in 3 scenes. The mac looks like one of the thick cotton-backed ones that were so common at that time.
Timings: 37'-39" to 38'-41" (carrying and wearing), 41'-10" to 41'-50" (wearing), 46'-00" to 48'-10" (wearing).
