Need some advice

I am wondering if any one on here can help, there seem to be some posts on here written in a language that I do not speak. I know that there is a translation facility on my computer for accessing foreign websites, but how do I translate just one individual post?

It has an auto detect option, so if you copy and paste in the foreign text, it will try to work out the language then show the translation.
