What a lovely place. I spent many great weeks, skiing, snowboarding, eating, drinking and meeting wonderful friendly people. Def place to people watch, and best of all, I discovered this little shop on the outskirts of town, who made up their own brand of shiny puffy style anorak/jackets. The material is a very smooth shiny nylon, almost like pvc, thickly padded in down feathers, then lined in the same. Very light, warm and smooooooth to the feel. Over time, I had several made for me in various styles, but by far my favourite was the one in bright shiny yellow, just below bum length with a large attached thick grey fur trimmed hood! A bit girly, you may think, but I never lacked in the girl attention polls! They seemed to flock to me, or was it my jacket? Loads of cuddles, stroking the fur, many requests of 'can I try it on' and 'where did you get it'? Def, my most favourite ski jacket ever!
Anybody else got a favourite pulling coat?
My favourite anorak.

Re: My favourite anorak.
I have an Asos jacket I bought a few years ago, initially for my own playtime. I adapted it a bit and one day decided to wear it out while on a wet holiday in Wales. It is a shiny oily black vinyl with an attached hood. Quite big and roomy. Id added drawpulls around the hood and bottom hem to pull it in a bit. I was amazed how many positive comments I received. Both male and female. My wife even picked up on it and promptly borrowed it for the rest of the stay. How could I object! Needless to say, we now have one each. I think we will be visiting the wet and windy lake district next!

I bought some gear off of 'Nylko' a while back. A lovely glossy shiny nylon ski suit and a very highshine jacket. Both dark blue and hooded. Fantastically warm and feel and look soooooooo soft and smooth! I have worn both out, separately and together. Several people have remarked on how snug they look and where did I get them. The jacket I wear constantly when it is cooler, and regularly get second glances and, Im sure, envious double takes with a smile. Will definitely be buying more this winter!!! Check them out.

I have a parka I bought from Amazona a while back. Very shiny black, very puffy and warm. Too much for this time of year, but roll on winter. Wrapped up, zipped up and with its huge furry trimmed hood, warm as toast. I could almost live in it during those cold dark dreary days.

Both me and my wife have several puffer jackets and coats, for all seasons. Thin, middel and thick ones. Most of them are from Peak Performance but we also have Fjällräven, Haglöfs and North Face. The thin PP Helium is rather shiny. All those down filled nylon jackets are so soft and lovely to touch and to wear. Don’t get any comments out on the streets, they are quite common here i Sweden.
And I like to play with my wife when we are wearing them, so soft and shiny. I think Peak Performance Helium jacket is my favorite, thin and shiny and so light but still quite warm for a cold day.
