I have just returned from a 7.2km walk on a dirt road on the banks of the Seine. I was dressed in a nylon pvc sweat tracksuit (black nylon outside, lined with gray Pvc inside) with just a pair of briefs and a long-sleeved jersey.
I feel a lot of good about it!
What a joy to combine sport and pleasure!
