She is in the clip for most of the 5 minutes.
Shame she didn't put the hood up.

It´s Andrea "KIWI " Kiewel: Announcer at german TV Station ZDF. I think up there her hood would have blown from her head so she didn´t even try.

Don't make excuses for her. She should have used the drawstrings. She just doesn't realise the effect she has on us rainwear lovers!!
