I like them to wear just for fun it is a great feeling I also like to wear PVC boots with it and vinyl pants.

Do you mean outdoors or in. In public it would look a bit odd but if its in private then surely more is better.

When it is rainy I wear pvc raincoats and blck rubber gloves outside very often
