More (really) greedy sellers ...

Post by mason »

Check out the mark-up on this one ... originally sold by PVC U LIKE. The last ones were on sale for less than $15.00 each

Perhaps a message to the seller along the lines of
"You must be joking these are cheaper from the manufacturer even including postage!"

Could just be people have no clue as to what it is they're selling. A few days ago I saw one of the pink plastic "jelly jackets" that were sold at Target stores around 2006 listed as "vintage".

Nope ... This seller has been around a long time. He/she specialises in plastic rainwear and other plastic fetish & AB wear

Could well be vintage lol lol!
But I suspect my definition of vintage is something from the 60'/70's or prior to these dates.

Like many I look on ebay to see what is on offer but I set myself a limit...how much I"m prepared to go up to and if that price is reached with a chance of it going over my limit I will not be tempted to look at the item until "The sale is over"...and just out of curiosity I look at the amount of the final bid

Indeed there are some "silly" prices on there

agree with Paul on that one. Well worth the money. I think we have all moaned and done to death the greedy seller bit. The only hope is that no one is stupid enough to buy at those prices but I fear there are people out there with more money than sense.

As I suspected the go raincoats which were on buy now at around ten pounds afew weeks back and were quickly hoovered up are now back on ebay one at a time at 20 pounds and selling. Good luck to them I suppose.

The Target raincoats is something everyone wants, including me! That's probably why its considered vintage. It's still a ridiculous price for that pink one.
