Get out the rainwear!

Fall is here right on schedule! Temperatures have dropped to the fifties and sixties and salmon fishing is on. There is a two edged sword. With the great fishing comes the wet and rain. Just concluded a venture where the rain poured and we're out twenty minutes from shore. My partner had some inferior "technical" gear on and got soaked. Me, I was wearing my clear pvc rain parka with hood and elastic cuffs and stayed relatively dry! His comment: "Your hardly got wet at all!!". Yes, there is a difference between "water repellant" and "truly waterproof", so "rubber up" next time!!

Well for the next week in South Wales, rain, rain and more rain - with a few thunder and hail storms.
Can't wait to test some more rainwear in public!
