Women walking dog in cagoule

What a start to the weekend. Something special caught my eye.
On my way out this morning. I saw a 2 ladies chatting together.
One of them was on her way out. Walking the dog.
What caught my eye was she was wearing a lovely royal blue cagoule with white zip and white draw strings with toggles. It looked like a peter storm one
.
She had it fully undone. So wearing it loose.
She looked amazing.
I was thinking of asking her about her cagoule how nice it was on her.
I hope I see her again.
