Clear Plastic Raincoat Repair?

Hi. Does anybody have experience of or know a place which will repair a clear pvc raincoat, the hood was almost pulled clean off one of my favourite Deston coats, and I am wondering what to do with it. Seems a shame to bin it as it cannot be got anymore and always liked the style of it. Also is there anybody that does alterations to plastic raincoats or had alterations done for them? I had another plastic coat before which one of the buttons ripped off and just binned it.

I cant repair them, but would be willing to take your ripped ones off your hands instead of you throwing them away
