I bought this sou'wester but from Amazon uk
It actually looks like old style oilskin and is fairly heavy.
It was delivered within 2 days from the company.
It fits well and I think it will be perfect for heavy rain and winds.
It has a quite a long chinstrap tightened by a slide.
A fairly good bargain.
