3/4 length waterproof trousers...

does it not rather defeat the object, unless you are wearing shorts I suppose, that waterproof trousers are designed to keep the legs dry and 3/4 length ones really would fail in that objective. I cannot see there being a great market for such items. What do others think?

These are absolutely beautiful rainsuits; they're very thick, heavy smooth PVC. The photos do not do them justice.
