rubber boots at Walmart (US)

I came across these at Walmart. Their online catalog has this description here:

For $20 US, they seem to be a great compliment to the rainwear discussed on this site. They are listed as men's and there is a women's version with the green tread as opposed to the orange tread for the men's version.
One of the reviews by a LA-area individual talked from a female perspective of buying a pair for her husband after he was somewhat jealous of her new boots. What a neat gift and how thoughtful of the wife.
Another review talks about a strong rubber smell to them. For those on this forum, that would seem to be desirable to have.
They look matte (not shiny) but other than that they look like something to buy.
