it was allegedly being revamped, they were holding out the begging bowl a while back however I like you have just found it no longer works. Maybe it has gone the way of others and thats it.

In case you can't read "We are doing the major upgrade.Thanks for your patience.Back to you soon." which is showed on the front page. I can tell you it means that they are currently upgrading the site.
