This is also my first "real" post on this forum 
The first sighting was a woman in her early 30s maybe. It was raining fairly hard that day, and had been for the whole day. She was wearing a orange raincoat in knee length with the hood up and a pair of yellow rain pants. I also think she wore rubber boots but I don't remember what sort.
The second one i spotted a late evening when I was driving in the city. Again it had been raining almost the whole day. This girl was in her 20s walking alone in the pouring rain. She was wearing a yellow rain suit (pants and hooded jacket, probably rukka ) and black rubber boots. The hood was tied very tightly so you could almost only see her eyes.
These are the 2 most memorable sightings I've made during the summer. Strangely I haven't seen anything like this lately, and It's autumn when you would think people would take out their rain wear for the storms.
