Double PROOFED rubber

I visited Weathervain's site yesterday, and saw that they are now advertising their new double proofed rubber mackintoshes. They have several colours on offer, but unusually, no dark colours. They are not cheap at almost £400.00, but if the rubber is as smooth as we would like, then it will be worth saving up for. They are offering swatches of material, so we should be able to tell just how smooth the rubber really is.
